“At the sight of the crowds, Jesus’ heart was moved with pity for them.”
Matthew 9:36

Jesus’ heart is still moved by the crowds. He sees us in the realities of our lives, in our sufferings and he’s moved with compassion, so much so that he wants to give himself to us. In the Eucharist, Jesus is as present in the Eucharist today on the streets of our modern day cities as he was when he walked through Galilee and Jerusalem two thousand years ago. Follow him where he leads.
