About the Foundation

Dominican Friars Foundation

From the time of its foundation in the 13th century, the Order of Preachers has relied upon God’s providence and the generosity of friends and benefactors to support the Dominican mission of preaching for the salvation of souls. The Dominican Friars Foundation is the 501(c)(3) advancement arm of the Dominican Province of Saint Joseph. The Foundation unifies various fundraising efforts that support the formation and preaching of the friars.

Support Dominican Formation

God is blessing the Dominican Friars of the Province of St. Joseph with abundant vocations. The Dominican Friars Foundation raises support for the formation and education of young Dominican student brothers preparing for lifelong ministry as Dominican priests. We currently have over 40 friars in their first years of Dominican formation, and we depend upon your generosity to help prepare them for priesthood.

Support Dominican Preaching

Donations to the Dominican Friars Foundation advance the Dominican mission of preaching for the salvation of souls. Your generosity directly supports the national Dominican Rosary Pilgrimage, weekend retreats, the Contemplata podcast, digital evangelization efforts, and other preaching initiatives.
