Fr. Mannes Matous is from Columbus, Ohio and is the youngest of three children. He attended St. Mary’s parish with his family before entering the Order. Fr. Mannes received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Pittsburgh. “I joined the Dominicans because of the balance between preaching and contemplation.”
