Six Men Profess Simple Vows

God continues to bless us tremendously! On August 15, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, six Dominican friars made simple vows at our parish of St. Gertrude’s in Cincinnati, Ohio.

These first vows follow a year of novitiate, marking the beginning of their journey in the Order. Now these men will continue at the Dominican House of Studies for six years of rigorous intellectual and spiritual formation.
