[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Saturday, May 19th, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, nine Dominican Friars were ordained to the priesthood by His Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York.

Your support of the Dominican Friars Foundation helped make the formation of these nine priests possible. Thank you for your generosity![/vc_column_text][vc_basic_grid post_type=”student-brother” max_items=”-1″ style=”load-more” show_filter=”yes” gap=”5″ filter_size=”lg” item=”6850″ initial_loading_animation=”none” grid_id=”vc_gid:1527016000339-cf90e635-67d7-1″ taxonomies=”828″ filter_source=”category” el_class=”text-center center-block”][vc_column_text 0=””]In his homily, the Cardinal acknowledged the longstanding service of the Dominican Friars to his diocese:

“I’d like to thank the Dominicans of the Province of Saint Joseph for their extraordinary service as parish priests, as professors, as healthcare chaplains, as campus ministers in the Archdiocese of New York. You’ve been part of us since our first bishops. We love you very much and we thank God for you.”
