Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Fr. Joseph Martin Hagan is the youngest of five children.  With his family, he attended St. Bernard’s Parish.  Additionally, his family provided foster care for newborn infants.  As an undergrad, he studied at the University of Notre Dame and then returned for an M.A. in Theology through their Echo program. “I am a Dominican to be united with Jesus Christ, to share in His life of poverty, chastity, and obedience, and in His mission of preaching the Gospel.”
