Br. Sebastian Maria Vicente was born in Puerto Rico and is the youngest of three children. His family moved to Florida when he was eleven years old. He went to Ave Maria University where he studied theology in the Thomistic tradition. There he encountered the Order through Fr. Romanus Cessario, O.P. “Having Fr. Cessario was a great source of inspiration and encouragement. The common life, the devotion to Our Lady, and the mission to preach for the salvation of souls drew me into the Order.” He entered the Order after completing his studies in 2022.
